-Very pigmented when dry and can be used wet as well

-Great quality especially for the price your paying
- Doesn't just come with eyeshadow includes highlighters
-Creamy formula
-Not powdery 
-Does not crease but best results under a eye primer
-In my opinion its better then even some high end eyeshadows that I own
-Cute packaging  

Cons~
-Can only be bought online from my knowledge unless Ulta carries it in stores
-Not necessary to use a primer but recommend
-Does not include a brush
